Food Journal

I do not know my weight nor do I want too.

This is about feeling better and I won’t lie…I wanna look better too.

I also want to learn how to feed my son and husband good healthy meals.

The guilt and grossness about the way I have been eating has caught up.

For 21 Days I will journal and upload to my blog.

I will talk about my cravings, feelings and what I ate/when.

I can NOT do it alone. I keep trying and failing. I don’t wanna feel that way anymore. This is about me loving myself and leading by example. Is there some vanity involved? Yes. But honestly its more about balance and just feeling better. I feel sluggish and tired so much y’all…..I wanna respect my body. Its Gods temple. This is how I share HIS message. I wanna do it a little more purely J

Day 1:

Went to Whole Foods. I am feeling excited and ready to finally do this.

I am lookin for gluten, dairy, soda free and fresh. High Protein. Veggies and fruit. Period.

Woke up (5am and had 2 cups of coffee (I will get soy creamer but did not have that this morning so used my normal yummy cinnamon creamer J)

After I had my coffee I was still tired maybe because Tru woke at 4:30am. Who to say.

Before eating I was really craving my soda. Very hungry as well.

Bfast: (10am too late for me)

Avocado sliced w/ some salt (prob need to remove salt)

Chicken sausage links 2.5 YUMMY

½ banana

They say to remove eggs as well but I don’t think this is cool so heck naws (2 eggs)

Calories:

Appx-600 and that feels very high to me. The Avocado has a lot of calories. So do eggs dude. And the sausage too hahahahha

After bfast:

I feel very satisfied but already planning my next meal bahahahah

Before snack I feel….

Starving and want Diet mtn dew so so bad!!!

I have a handful of almonds and because Im cray cray there is a diet mtn dew in fridge. SO I do it!!! I gulp 3 gulps!!! Ahhhhh then I trash it! Good girl!

After snack I feel satisfied and not guilty about the dew 😉

Before lunch (1pm) I feel….

Frustrated.

Everything seems to have dairy, gluten, sugar in it L

I have spinach, boiled shrimp, edamame and some chicken

I feel full but mad cause I want my diet mtn dew 😉

Before dinner I feel HUNGRY!

Wonder what I will drink with din din.

I have me just a touch of coffee.

I had some carrots and hummus too son

Dinner 5:30pm:

Steak

Sweet potatoes

Broc

It was delish!!!!!

For dessert I had me a delish Gluten dairy free cookie!!!!!

Nov 5th Day 2

I woke up STARVING hahah

So me had 2 cup o’ coffee (yes still with yummy creamer, I will get soy today purck )

Bfast:

Same as yesterday

Chicken sausage (2)

2 eggs

½ avocado

Im fixin to holler at a smoothie for mid morning delicousness….now if I knew how to make em!

I then left the house with no smoothie and was craving sugar!

And I did not have enough water son

Lunch:

Chicken

Avocado

3 sips of Diet coke

Mid snack:

Smoothie delish

Dinner:

Broc

Carrots

Chicken

Brown rice

After dinner:

½ gluten sugar free cookie

11pm 2 small scoops of PB (not on list of good choices and 1 sip of milk which is dairy)

Ok theres 2 days in!!!!
