Breakfast:

2 slices turkey bacon

2 eggs

3 lil brocs

 

snack:

Oat bar

 

Lunch:

Chili

Meatballs

Hahahaha we were at a party!

Diet coke (small)

 

Dinner:

Pf Changs-all kinds of stuff, who know what all (didn’t make it a deal, just ate and spent time with the fam, did not over eat)

 

Sugar free red bull 😉 SO!

 

After dinner—much later

2 tbs of pb 2 rice cakes ½ cup milk
